What Is ProCoach?
ProCoach is a nutrition and fitness platform with curriculum built and written by Precision Nutrition. Over the last 15 years, this program has helped more than 900,000 people lose over a million pounds of fat and lead healthier lives. Precision Nutrition created the ProCoach program in 2016 as way to reach more people with their methods. It is completely online (other than when you talk to your coach). Precision Nutrition will only license the software to individuals certified by them.
The ProCoach program is a year-long habit modification program that changes your relationship with food and physical activity. At the end of that year, you have slowly developed new habits that fit in with your lifestyle, schedule, environment but that create a healthier, more energetic you. And, by the way, side effects may include getting more lean, fitting into those jeans from 10 years ago, and friends now asking you how you did it.
This is NOT a diet or a quick start program. The problem with those is that they are generally fairly restrictive until an elusive goal has been met, and then you go back to doing whatever you were doing before. Then you have to start all over again.
Why Get Coaching?
I think most of us know what to do. But translating that knowledge into the right actions that get you to your goals can be the missing piece. As your coach, I provide direction, assistance, accountability, and help with overcoming challenges. The coaching relationship creates a safe place to work through your internal roadblocks and whatever life throws at you.

We need to re-examine the tools that we are using to help people lead healthier lives and overcome the challenges we are up against - such as images put out by the fitness industry, commercialism in gyms, and pressure from those selling the latest fad. We are also up against body/brain chemistry, human nature, fast food, and our own busy lives and current lifestyles.

How Does ProCoach Work?
You tell me what you want to do. I’ll help you do it. First, I’ll learn about your lifestyle, needs, and specific goals. Then, over the course of the program, I’ll give you everything you need to get you there. Along the way, you may find yourself reaching goals you never thought possible.
