This workout is designed to hit many muscles and joints that commonly get tight or are often overlooked. You want to get as many of your muscles working together as possible! That makes for feeling better, exercising more efficiently, and getting more energy.
You can do this workout just about anywhere. Suggestion: for a quick break at work (you can skip the two on the floor if you need to), in between chores or paperwork at home, or after you have been sitting for a long time.
