From there, I’ll customize your entire program and we’ll start the proven 12-month coaching process. Before we even start, you will get a customized Quick Start Guide based on your current habits, preferences, and goals.
Simple nutrition habits and daily check-ins
Every day, you’ll get a lesson or lifestyle habit to practice. You can either read the daily lesson or listen to it like a podcast. Lessons are brief and to the point. You’ll practice a new habit every two weeks, with each lesson designed to help you get results.
Small yet powerful habits to improve everyday life
Each new habit is selected for you using a proven, sustainable foundation and carefully selected building blocks to use as you go forward. Yet each one can be added into your everyday life. And you will notice yourself feeling better every step of the way. This is an excellent way to gain momentum, confidence, and motivation.
Personal coaching and detailed progress checking
I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need to. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your habits throughout the year, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.
