ProCoach Workouts come with 28 different programs for men and women. Whether you are looking to build muscle, keep what you have, recover or work around an injury, you’ll have a proven program. Each one comes with a video demonstration of each movement to guide you through.
Each day, you can choose between the full workout at the gym or at home, or a streamlined version. There's also instructions on how to modify the exercises to fit your capabilities. Whether you are at home, at the gym, or traveling, you will be able to get a workout. That way you have the tools you need to stay consistent.
With ProCoach workouts you can track your progress so that you can see exactly how you are doing. You can get consistency data, identification of each workout you did, and even which workouts are coming up.
Each workout track contains:
- Modifications for every exercise, allowing you to adjust any workout to fit your capabilities or even your energy level that day.
- Hundreds of HD videos and instructions on how to do each movement safely and effectively.
- Three variations for at home, in the gym, or abbreviated in case you are squeezed for time.
How it works.
When you select the fitness program, you receive 3-4 workouts a week automatically. Each workout is part of a progressive program designed by world-class exercise physiologists and strength coaches. Each workout consists of 4-6 exercises, including modification options. That equates to hundreds of exercises, progressions, and support videos. And I am with you every step of the way.

When you sign up for Workouts and Nutrition Coaching, ProCoach becomes a comprehensive solution to your health and fitness. Each component reinforces the other. As you are probably aware, fitness alone will not go very far if your goal is weight loss. Nutrition and input are the mainstays of losing weight and becoming healthier. But, if you already have your nutrition nailed down and want to develop a better fitness habit, you can choose to just do the fitness track.

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer questions that you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need to. The program tracks your habits, markers, and measurements throughout the year, so you can watch your progress as the year unfolds.

How does it work?
ProCoach supports a year-long habit-based program that will change your relationship with food and physical activity. At the end of the year-long program, you will have created your personal “owner’s manual” outlining your individualized approach to fitness and nutrition.
Each day you get a lesson, a workout (based on your personal goals), and a healthy habit to focus on. You can choose to receive only the workouts or only the nutrition program, but I strongly recommend getting both.
One thing I would like to emphasize: Because the program is a year long, it builds your habits slowly. All along the way, you will build knowledge, autonomy and confidence that truly leads to lasting change.

Do I have to sign up for a whole year?
Yes! If you got a personal trainer, chances are very good that you would spend at least a year with them. This is more affordable and enables you to master your own fitness.
What if my fitness needs change?
We have you covered! There are 28 separate types of workouts that can be tweaked for your daily needs.
Do I need to join a gym?
No! But you can if that is what you prefer. We provide workouts for gym or at home settings (for at home, you will need to buy a few dumbbells and some tubing).
What if I get injured or need to take a break?
We can make arrangements for that.
Can I do these workouts with a buddy who is not in the program?
In fact that would be encouraged. Often it can by more motivating and fun to workout with someone.
What if I don’t have time?
Coaching includes scheduling challenges to keep you on track.
