5 Rockin’ Exercise Videos
The following five exercises are carefully chosen to strengthen and stretch many of the key areas that we need in our everyday activities and in our exercise programs. The skill areas include posture/alignment (Back Burn), core (Plank), daily function (Squat), coordination/balance (Romanian Dead Lift), and low back/hip health (Hip Rolls). Use these on their own for a quick all-over workout, or use them as part of a workout. You can even just do one of these here and there during your day for a break or to get the kinks out!

These Start-Up workouts are designed to stand alone, be used together, or be used as part of longer workouts. There is no special order for them to be used, since each one has a different focus.
Exercise CAN be fit into your day, and because it is directed, as it is here, you can be assured that you are doing good things for yourself. Your efforts are not wasted in any way. No guesswork! The video workouts come with explanations of where to put your focus for each exercise. Also provided is a download with brief description of each exercise and space to make your own notes. That way you do not need to rely on having access to the video when you want to work out.
