The practice of Tai Chi, a mind-body exercise which challenges the ability to control one’s posture and stay balanced in a variety of positions, has become a popular way for people of all ages to maintain or increase their sense of balance.
There has been a great deal of research dedicated to analysis of the golf swing. Research has focused on measurement of muscle activity, ground reaction forces on the feet, compression forces on the spine, and measurement of twisting/rotational angles and resulting forces.
