At the end, you get a quick, full body stretch that you can also use other times if you need to get some kinks out. Just shows you that you can get yourself going in hardly any time, and in hardly any space. You can do this one as on it’s own, as a warm-up for a longer workout, or do it twice or three times in a row to get some great cardiovascular benefits.
